AKOVANA, UAB · VILNIUS · KHARKIV / EUROPE

Tell us what the system has to do.

One senior team in Vilnius and Kharkiv, building and operating web products since 2003. If that is the kind of help you are after, this is the shortest way to us.

contact@akovana.com

Three things make a first message answerable.

None of them is a specification. A paragraph on each is enough to get a real reply rather than a request for a call.

01

The operating problem

What the system has to do, for whom, and what stops it today. The problem underneath the feature list is the part we can actually answer.

02

The constraints

Budget, deadline, the stack you cannot leave, the team already in place. Constraints are what make an answer possible rather than a brochure.

03

What exists already

A product in production, a design, a half-finished repository, or nothing at all. All four are workable, they simply lead to different first steps.

What you get in return.

The first reply is written by an engineer who read the problem, which is the only kind of reply worth waiting for.

01

An engineering answer

What we would build, in what order, and which parts we would not promise until we know more.

02

A straight no when it is one

If the problem is not the kind we are good at, you hear it in the reply rather than at the end of a discovery phase.

03

The people who would do it

The reply comes from the team that would build the thing, not from an account manager positioned between you and them.
