The pages here describe the company and the work it does. They are information, not an offer, and nothing on them forms a contract. Figures, dates and technical descriptions are given in good faith and may change as the products change.

MyOwnConference, RUA•Watcher, Statusle and OpenMetrica are separate services with their own agreements, their own pricing and their own privacy documentation. These terms do not govern their use.

The text, design, code, images and marks on this site belong to AKOVANA, UAB unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote with attribution and link to the pages. You may not republish substantial parts of the site as your own or use the company’s name or marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.

Some pages link to services and sites the company does not control. Those links are there for convenience and are not an endorsement, and what happens on the other side is governed by whoever runs it.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable or free of error, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. The text, the figures and the technical descriptions are given in good faith and may contain mistakes, so we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, write to us first, because most matters are settled that way. If that does not resolve it, the dispute is heard by the court at the registered office of AKOVANA, UAB in Vilnius. This does not take away any right a consumer has under the law of their country of residence to bring proceedings there.
